Cheshire East Council is seeking rental offers linked to trading from the golf market to lease Malkins Bank Golf Course.
The Hawtree designed 18 hole course is well locate on the edge of Sandbach and is 2 miles away from junction 17 of the M6 motorway.
Trading is good with annual roundage at 30,000 per annum with scope for growth, and annual turnover in the order of £400,000.
