Savills, on behalf of Mr J.D Morrella, has sold Waldringfield Golf Course near Ipswich, Suffolk to a private individual from a guide price of £900,000.
Located to the south of the popular market town of Woodbridge on the west bank of the river Deben, the 88 acre (36 hectare) property comprises an 18-hole 6,046 yard golf course. Waldringfield also features an 11,378 sq ft (1,057 sq m) clubhouse with extensive function rooms, separate golf professional’s shop and modern greenkeeper’s building.
