Carter Jonas has been appointed to sell the Rhos-on-Sea Golf Club & Hotel, in Penrhyn Bay, Llandudno, Wales.

Set within 99 acres of parkland, the property has planning consent for additional development including a gym, swimming pool and conference facilities. The scheme currently consists of an 18 hole golf course, a two storey clubhouse with function rooms, a bar and 15 bedrooms and a modern, purpose built pro-shop. Additionally the site has two hard surfaced areas for car parking with direct access to the road.

William Richards of Carter Jonas said: “This property presents a unique opportunity for an investor. Due to its coastal location and accommodation, the club is already hugely popular in the local area. By utilising the existing planning consent, or by seeking a further application, the property has the potential to attract large numbers of corporate and seasonal visitors, and to greatly expand its leisure, golf and business packages.”

Carter Jonas is seeking offers of £950,000 for the property. For more information see here
