Aphrodite Hills Resort has been recognised on the global stage after its professional’s shop was recognised in the 2026 AGM Platinum Awards – Top 100 Golf Shops at the PGA Show.
The accolade places Aphrodite Hills Resort as the only mainland European recipient in the 2026 selection, one of just two European venues overall and one of only three non-North American golf shops to be included among the final 100.
Presented by the Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM), the Platinum Awards are regarded as one of the most respected benchmarks for excellence in golf retail. The programme recognises outstanding performance across public, private, resort and off-course golf shops, with judging carried out by an independent panel of industry experts.
Entries are assessed across a range of criteria including merchandising standards, marketing performance, management practices and creative visual presentation, with the Top 100 representing the highest-performing retail outlets globally.
The 2026 AGM Platinum Awards were presented during the PGA Show in Orlando on January 21. Aphrodite Hills Resort was represented at the ceremony by golf operations manager Raluca Parjol and golf retail manager Izabela Elena Lupu.

The AGM Platinum Awards are open to both AGM members and non-members, with the Top 100 celebrating those setting the standard for golf retail excellence worldwide.
