DP World Tour announces new betting partner

Europe's top tier men's professional tour signs new betting partner

The DP World Tour has agreed a new partnership with SBK, the sportsbook app developed by Smarkets, who have become the Tour’s Official Betting Operator in the UK and Ireland in a two-year agreement.

SBK is a dedicated sports betting platform, with no casino, roulette or bingo. Customers can take advantage of some of the best prices on the market because SBK’s odds are powered by Smarkets Prediction Markets. Their unique price comparison feature shows customers when they have the best odds versus other major operators, and when they don’t, in a bid to drive more transparency in sports betting.

As part of the agreement, SBK will become the Presenting Partner of the ‘odds page’ for each tournament on the DP World Tour website, with further integration in the DP World Tour fantasy game. SBK will also become an Official Partner to three tournaments on the DP World Tour schedule in 2026 – the Genesis Scottish Open, the Husqvarna British Masters presented by Sir Nick Faldo, and the Amgen Irish Open.

Speaking about the partnership Adam Baylis, Marketing Director of SBK, said: “We’re proud to have SBK partner with the DP World Tour as its Official Betting Operator. Golf is built on precision, insight and performance – values that sit at the heart of SBK. The DP World Tour represents the very best of competitive golf, and we’re passionate about giving fans smarter, more dynamic ways to engage with every shot and every moment.”

Max Hamilton, Executive Commercial Director of the DP World Tour, added: “We’re delighted to welcome SBK to our partnership community. Their reputation as a responsible betting brand with a passion for sport makes them an ideal betting partner. Together, we will provide fans in the UK and Ireland with additional ways to engage with the sport they love as golf’s global Tour travels around the world each season.”
