Prostate Cancer UK has announced renowned British menswear brand Charles Tyrwhitt as the headline sponsor of its golf programme for 2026, marking the charity’s first-ever dedicated sponsorship of its golf activity.
The partnership will see the leading high-street retailer support Prostate Cancer UK’s work across the sport, including its community golf programme and The Big Golf Race, the UK’s biggest golf fundraising challenge. Together, the programmes play a vital role in raising awareness of prostate cancer and raising money to support groundbreaking research like Prostate Cancer UK’s TRANSFORM trial, which aims to find the best way to screen men for the disease and save thousands of lives every year.
The partnership will focus on raising awareness, raising funds and amplifying impact through golf. Charles Tyrwhitt, whose Performance range is tailored for both the course and the clubhouse, will support the charity through messaging instore and across their website, customer emails and social channels, helping bring lifesaving prostate cancer awareness into everyday customer touchpoints, as well as through social media, web and email.
Fundraising will be driven through the sale of ‘Man of Men’ badges, including an exclusive magnetic badge. Charles Tyrwhitt also will be involved across hundreds of supporter-led events, including the charity’s end-of-season golf championships in the Southeast, Midlands and Yorkshire.

Charles Tyrwhitt will also be headline sponsor of The Big Golf Race, which has raised over £6 million since 2020, and feature prominently across the key moments of the 2026 campaign.
Chris Jarrett, Director of Fundraising at Prostate Cancer UK said: “We’re delighted to tee off this partnership with Charles Tyrwhitt, marking an exciting new chapter in our golf programme.
“Charles Tyrwhitt is joining us as headline sponsor of our work in golf, supporting us to reach more men with lifesaving messages about their health and funding groundbreaking research working towards a future where no man dies of prostate cancer.
“With prostate cancer now the most common cancer in the UK, we’re excited to be partnering with a company that wants to make a real difference at a pivotal moment for men’s health,” he added.
Joe Irons, Chief Marketing Officer at Charles Tyrwhitt, said: “Prostate Cancer UK’s mission certainly resonates with us as a brand. Our customers are the very people this message needs to reach, and we’re proud to help raise awareness and support this vital work.
“As golf is a real source of enjoyment for many of us, it felt like a natural fit to get behind Prostate Cancer UK’s 2026 golf programme. We’re looking forward to this partnership coming to life over the next few months.”
