The PGA announces official DMD device partner

PGA Members to benefit from partnership with Bushnell Golf’s distance measuring devices with Foresight Sports' launch monitor and indoor simulator technology.

The PGA has announced a new three-year partnership with Bushnell Golf, who join the Association as official distance measuring device Partner through to the end of 2028.

As the global leader in laser rangefinder technology, Bushnell Golf will support PGA Members with tour-validated precision tools, reinforcing their commitment to high-performance golf technology across all areas of the game.

The partnership centres around Bushnell Golf’s laser rangefinder catalogue, complementing The PGA’s existing technology offering and providing Members with access to the number one rangefinder brand in golf, alongside tailored offers and dedicated support.

This performance connection extends further, with Bushnell Golf and existing PGA Partner Foresight Sports Europe, both represented across the UK & EMEA by Optimum Golf Technologies (OGT). Through OGT’s exclusive distribution and brand partnership, PGA Members benefit from a connected ecosystem that links Bushnell Golf’s on-course distance measuring devices with Foresight’s industry-leading launch monitor and indoor simulator technology.

The Pro X3, Tour Hybrid and Tour V6 Shift form part of a five-strong collection of golf rangefinders offered by Bushnell Golf

Trusted by 98.6% of PGA Tour players week in, week out, Bushnell Golf’s advanced laser rangefinder and pin-seeking technology is widely used at the highest level of the game. Since first introducing rangefinders to the golf market in 1995, Bushnell Golf has set the benchmark in distance-measuring technology – a heritage that continues to define that category today.

“Bushnell Golf has set the standard in laser rangefinders for many years, making this a very natural partnership for The PGA,” said Richard Barker PGA, Executive Director – Business Development. “It’s a brand our Members already know and trust.

“Just as importantly, this agreement delivers a strong, tangible benefit for our Members, giving them access to the very best rangefinder technology at an exclusive trade discount. We’re looking forward to bringing the partnership to life through our national tournament schedule and wider Member activity.”

As part of the agreement, Bushnell Golf will activate across The PGA’s national tournament schedule, giving Members the opportunity to engage directly with the brand in performance-focused environments.

Darren Bragg, Commercial Manager EMEA at Bushnell Golf, added: “We’re proud to partner with The PGA, united by a shared commitment to professionalism and performance.

The PGA sets the benchmark in coaching and expertise, and Bushnell Golf’s tour-validated technology is trusted by the best in the game. Together, we’re here to support PGA Members with precision tools that enhance confidence and performance at every level.”

James MacCaig, Sales Manager for Bushnell Golf Europe at OGT, added: “We’re delighted to partner with the PGA GB&I for Bushnell Golf, an opportunity that enables us to continue to bring best-in-class technology and insight to PGA Members.

“Bushnell Golf and Foresight Sports, now under the same ownership in the USA, are delivering the best technology solutions both on-, and off-course, and it’s incredibly exciting to be able to bring that connected ecosystem to the PGA Members to provide the complete, definitive solution that benefits every golfer.”
