Award winners were recognised at the 2026 Ladies European Tour Season Launch, which brought together promoters, partners, media and sponsors of the Tour at The Buckinghamshire.

Iona Stephen hosted the day, which saw six awards on offer with trophies handed out for the Best Player Services, Best Course Condition, LET Sustainability Leadership Award, LET Ace Award, LET Elevate Award and Tournament of the Year.

The winners of the six awards, which highlighted the achievements of tournaments from the 2025 season, were decided upon by a combination of LET member votes and a panel of LET staff.

LET winner and Board Member Marta Martin presented the award for Best Player Services to Carlos Garcia, the director of golf at La Sella in Spain, host venue of La Sella Open. It is the second consecutive season that the tournament has won this award which recognised the high-level service available and overall experience of LET players.

Representatives from Dundonald Links (Best Golf Course) and La Sella (Best Player Services) were on hand to accept their awards

Diane Barnard, Director of Operations at the LET, presented the award for Best Course Conditions to the IMG on behalf of Dundonald Links for the ISPS HANDA Women’s Scottish Open. In a close contest, the course received high praise from both players and staff to be crowned the winner.

For the LET Sustainability Leadership Award, the GEO Foundation reviewed the nominations and decided the winner with Mac Jerome on hand to present. The PIF London Championship, part of the PIF Global Series, was named the winner due to a myriad of sustainable activations on show at the tournament held at Centurion Club in Hertfordshire.

Sustained Futures were on site during the tournament days hosting a range of workshops covering sports, sustainability, and career pathways, including sessions on biodiversity, employability in sport, and how young people can influence sustainable change. G4D, which was launched in 2022, also had a meet-up with Women’s Golf For Disabled on Saturday to watch the action and experience a clinic on the range with an LET pro.

Lubos Kozeluh collected the Elevate Award on behalf of the Tipsport Ladies Czech Open, while Ross Robertson, Head of Marketing Strategy at 54, accepted the Sustainability Leadership Award which was given to the PIF London Championship at Centurion Club

Ross Robertson, Head of Marketing Strategy at 54, collected the award and said: “It’s really important for our tournaments to be more than just golf. For those coming to the tournament, we want to give the fans the best experience and through that we can highlight environmental, social and community elements such as golf clinics, nature walks and workshops.”

New for this season was the LET Ace Award, which was presented by LET’s Head of Client Partnerships Eva-Lotta Strömlid. The award saw LET staff nominate members of promoting teams they believe go above and beyond in their role in 2026.

Jelle Sprée, Manager of Events at the Netherlands Golf Federation, was crowned the inaugural winner due to his dedication and problem solving on site, how he embodies sustainability, and he accompanied Strömlid on her Road to Bernardus cycle. Unfortunately, Sprée was unable to attend, but Jan Van Merwijk collected the trophy on his behalf.

Another new award for this year was the LET Elevate Award, which was presented by Zoe Fitz-Costa, Head of Tournament Business at the LET. Following feedback from LET members and staff, the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open, which was held at Royal Beroun Golf Club in 2025, was voted as the winner for improvements in all areas of the tournament.

Lubos Kozeluh, who is the tournament promoter, was delighted to collect the award. He said: “Thank you so much to everybody, I am so happy to receive this award. We worked really hard for last year’s event, and we are so happy to be recognised.”

The final award of the day was presented by LET Board Chair Marta Figueras-Dotti and saw the KPMG Women’s Irish Open awarded Tournament of the Year for the second consecutive season. Last season’s tournament saw Lottie Woad triumph catapulting her into the limelight in front of over 35,000 spectators at Carton House, a Fairmont Managed Hotel.
