Marriott La Sella Resort Reopens After Renovation

Denia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort & Spa in Spain has re-opened following a full-scale renovation.

Located on the Costa Blanca, 10 minutes from the coastal town of Jávea, La Sella’s facilities include 186 guest rooms, a 1,200 square metre spa, nine conference suites, three restaurants and 27 holes of championship golf designed by José Maria Olazabal.

The resort, which first opened in 2003, closed it doors last December to carry out a six-month renovation of all its facilities and services. Many of the internal and outside public spaces have been completely remodeled to introduce a more contemporary, open-plan feel to the resort, while the bedrooms were all refurbished, as was the gym and indoor pool.

“Marriott Hotels constantly seeks ways to help our guests be at their best and Denia Marriott La Sella Golf & Spa offers an enriching experience with its fantastic golf and spa facilities complemented by the coastal charm and local gastronomy in Denia,” said John Licence, VP Premium & Select Brands Europe at Marriott International.
