PING becomes official bag partner of Golf Ireland

Golf Ireland and PING have announced a partnership that sees the leading golf equipment brand become the national governing body’s official supplier of golf bags and headcovers.  

Golf Ireland and PING have announced a partnership that sees the leading golf equipment brand become the national governing body’s official supplier of golf bags and headcovers.  

PING will support Ireland’s top amateurs with customised PING carry bags and headcovers, each carrying the symbolic Golf Ireland branding, through 2025 and 2026.  

Commenting on the partnership was Mark Kennelly, Golf Ireland CEO: “This is another exciting step forward for Golf Ireland. PING is renowned for exceptional quality and innovation, and we’re delighted that our elite amateurs will benefit from their equipment. It’s a statement of our commitment to support Irish golfers in achieving success at the highest levels.” 

Also commenting on the partnership, PING’s European Marketing Director, Dave Fanning said: “We are thrilled to officially partner with Golf Ireland. To enable more of Europe’s top high-performance teams and development staff carry our products is something we’re extremely proud to support and the very positive feedback we’ve already received from the Golf Ireland teams has been fantastic.”
