Stoke Park in Buckinghamshire is to open five new dining concepts next month as the property undergoes a phased relaunch.
The property, which bought by businessman Mukesh Ambani in 2021, the chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries, reopened its golf course for corporate and visitor green fee groups in June 2024 following a major renovation.
The main house has since also undergone an extensive, five-year restoration which will also see the relaunch of the hotel, spa, and wellness and racquet sports programme in due course.
Chef Tom Sellers has been appointed to oversee the new F&B options at the venue, with the flagship restaurant being called Penn, a 48-cover dining room and private dining room seating eight and serving an à la carte menu ‘shaped by British culinary history, seasonality and classical French technique’. The restaurant takes its name from John Penn, the grandson of the Pennsylvania founder whose family has close ties to Stoke Park.
The estate will also house the Piano Bar, focusing on classic cocktails and English sparkling wine from Hundred Hills; the Terrace & Glasshouse, offering casual dining in the spring and summer months; the Tea Room, which will serve teas, coffees, viennoiserie and scones; and the Clubhouse pub, which will offer pub classics and Indian cuisine.
