More than 2,000 Your Golf Travel customers have now benefitted from the company’s major giveaway since 2025, following Rory McIlroy’s dramatic back-to-back victory in Augusta.
The ‘Back-to-Back Payback’ campaign meant that golfers who booked and paid in full for a qualifying Your Golf Travel holiday would receive the entire value of their trip as credit for their next YGT trip, if McIlroy retained his title – giving those customers another golf holiday for free.
And following the Northern Irishman’s historic repeat win at Augusta National, hundreds of golfers are now planning unexpected extra trips, turning a memorable sporting moment into a tangible reward with more than £1.5 million in free golf holiday credits now unlocked.
From fourballs to larger society groups, golfers across the UK and beyond are already discussing how to use their newly unlocked holidays – whether it’s a return to favourite destinations in Spain and Portugal, a UK short break or a bucket-list golf escape further afield.
Ross Marshall, Executive Chairman and Founder of Your Golf Travel, said the real success of the campaign lies in the shared experience it creates for golf fans.
“As ever this is all about our customers,” said Marshall. “Watching the Masters is already one of the biggest moments in the golfing calendar, but knowing that Rory winning meant our customers would also score made it even more special.

Among those celebrating are returning winners, including Neil Edwards of Ashtead, Surrey, whose golf group has now benefitted from the promotion for a second consecutive year.
