Five Iron Golf, the fast-growing indoor golf and entertainment brand, has expanded its global footprint with the opening of new sites in Saudia Arabia and Spain.
Five Iron Golf, which currently operates over 40 sites around the world, including in the US, Asia, and the Middle East, officially opened its first location in Saudi Arabia on April 24, with an 11-bay facility in Riyadh, while its first venture in Continental Europe opened in Valencia, on Spain’s eastern coast, on May 4.
The Riyadh site, which is located on the ground floor of the PIF Tower in the King Abdullah Financial District, features 11 simulators, including a mix of Trackman and GOLFZON technology, offering guests access to two of the game’s leading platforms under one roof.

Developed in partnership with Golf Saudi, the flagship venue marks a significant milestone in Five Iron’s international expansion and arrives at a pivotal moment as Saudi Arabia continues to invest in the long-term growth of golf through increased participation, infrastructure development, and more modern, accessible experiences.
Designed as a modern entry point into the game, Five Iron Riyadh enables guests to practice, compete, and play world-renowned courses year-round regardless of weather. Instruction from Five Iron’s roster of professional coaches supports skill development at every level, while Callaway Tour Fitting allows players to test the latest equipment and evaluate their current clubs using advanced performance data. Structured programming includes Five Iron’s indoor golf league, along with beginner clinics, women’s coaching, and junior instruction, providing pathways for players of all experience levels to engage with the game.
“I have been deeply impressed by both the pace of development and the scale of the vision for the future of golf in Saudi Arabia,” said Jared Solomon, Co-Founder and CEO of Five Iron Golf. “What Golf Saudi is building is extraordinarily ambitious, and I believe it represents one of the most exciting growth opportunities in global golf today.
“We are seeing a fundamental shift in golf, where growth is no longer driven solely by elite competition, but by building the infrastructure and access points that bring more people into the game. Five Iron Riyadh is designed to be a part of that foundation, helping put clubs in people’s hands, creating new pathways into the sport, and supporting long-term participation.”

Five Iron Golf Valencia, which opened on May 4, is located at Calle Antiga Senda de Senent, with the 10,700-square-foot venue featuring eight Trackman-powered golf simulators alongside a mix of additional experiences, including F1 racing simulators, VR darts, and multisport games, creating an environment that extends well beyond traditional golf.
A full-service bar and kitchen anchor the experience, supporting everything from casual nights out and happy hours to corporate events, networking gatherings, birthday celebrations and parties. The flexible layout accommodates both small groups and larger events, with capacity for up to 200 guests.
The Valencia site is the first of a 10-site franchise deal that will see 10 Five Iron Golf sites open across Spain and Portugal, with Madrid being the next location to open. The Iberian franchise is led by Victor Amarnani and Sunil Mahtani, entrepreneurs with extensive experience scaling businesses across logistics, retail, real estate, and food.
Victor Amarnani, CEO of Five Iron Golf Iberia, said: “Valencia has a unique energy and a growing appetite for new social experiences, with a strong local base and an increasingly international community. Even in these early days, we’re already seeing strong interest in events, group bookings, and memberships. Our goal is to create a space where people come not just to play, but to spend time, connect, and make it part of their routine.”
Backed by North Castle Partners, Callaway Golf, and Enlightened Hospitality Investments, Five Iron Golf has announced plans to roll out as many as 60 new venues across the globe in the coming years. The company has also signed 10-site franchise for the UK, with the first venue due to open at Broadgate Campus in London later this year.
