Callaway Golf has launched the Quantum Mini Driver, a club built for players who want a more forgiving, versatile option off the tee.
Designed as a fairway finder or 3-wood alternative, it is designed to deliver confidence-inspiring launch and control in a compact shape. This generation adds a step sole for improved turf interaction and playability off the deck.
Evan Gibbs, Callaway’s Senior Director of Woods R&D, said: The Quantum Mini features all the core technologies of our drivers. The Tri-Force Face, which as we saw with the drivers added ball speed, improved the spin consistency, and made these a lot more forgiving. We’ve added the Step Sole from our fairway woods to make Mini even more versatile.
“They’re probably still primarily used off a tee, but for those who do want to use it off the deck having the step sole allows them to get under the ball a little bit easier and help them launch it a little bit higher.”

Ball Flight Optimisation
Adjustable front-to-back weighting and the OptiFit 4 hosel dial in start line and shot shape – set the heavy weight forward for a flatter flight or back for more launch and forgiveness, then fine-tune loft and lie across seven hosel settings.
Compact, confidence-inspiring shape
Smaller than a traditional driver, the Mini Driver offers a confident look at setup and versatile performance. It provides the power off the tee and the control to go for it from the fairway.
The Callaway Quantum Mini Driver is at retail from April 24. It is offered in 11.5° and 13.5° lofts and has an RRP of £489/€569.
