Trojan Battery Company has announced the launch of the new OnePack Series 2, the latest evolution of its award-winning 48V 105Ah lithium battery platform for golf carts and low-speed electric vehicles.
The OnePack S2 is built with reliability and ease-of-use in focus. This new series of OnePacks introduces several features designed to improve usability, durability, and serviceability, including over-the-air updates/diagnostics and an upgraded IP67-rated enclosure for enhanced protection against water and dust intrusion.
The new OTA functionality allows users, dealers, and fleet managers to remotely update firmware and access diagnostics through the Trojan app, helping reduce service time and downtime. Upgraded Ingress Protection, a powder-coated steel exterior, and all-new M16 CAN connectors help form a battery ready for the elements.
Weighing 120lbs (54kg), OnePack S2 offers ranges of up to 60 miles, an advanced battery management system, and additional safety redundancies.
