Kim Speirs joins the club with extensive experience across the golf, hospitality and leisure sectors, having held senior leadership positions focused on commercial development, operations, customer experience, brand management and stakeholder engagement.
Most recently, she was part of the leadership team at Carnoustie Golf Links, where she contributed to the continued growth and international reputation of one of golf’s most iconic destinations.
In her new role, Kim will work closely alongside Paul Mills, General Manager of Nairn Golf Club, supporting the delivery of the strategic objectives and helping to guide the private membership club through an exciting period of development.
The appointment comes as the club embarks upon the delivery of its long-term strategic plan, which outlines a vision for the next decade. The strategy places a strong emphasis on investing in Nairn’s facilities, enhancing the member experience, strengthening governance and securing the club’s long-term financial sustainability.
Initially, Kim will oversee several member and visitor-facing functions including membership services, administration, bookings, retail operations, golf services and practice facility operations.

Founded in 1887, Nairn Golf Club is recognised as one of the world’s great links courses and has hosted numerous prestigious championships, including the Walker Cup, Curtis Cup, The Amateur Championship and the Women’s Amateur Championship.
The club’s recently launched strategic plan sets out a roadmap for continued investment in its championship course, practice facilities, clubhouse and member experience over the next decade.
