TaylorMade Golf has been listed in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, powered by WorkL, recognising the company’s continued commitment to fostering a high-performance culture centred on innovation, inclusion and employee wellbeing.

The list celebrates organisations across the UK that excel in employee engagement, workplace culture, and leadership, based on independent survey data capturing real employee feedback.

TaylorMade’s recognition highlights its focus on creating an environment where people feel valued, empowered and inspired to perform at their best.

TaylorMade was featured in the medium-sized business category – companies with between 49-250 employees – with the equipment company listed as employing 183 people across its EMEAP operations. It UK and European headquarters is based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
