The Kipp Popert World Invitational, which takes place on May 11, is set to bring together world-class G4D golfers and amateur players for a unique, inclusive celebration of the game at The London Golf Club in Kent.
Set up by the world no.1 ranked disability golfer Kipp Popert and charity Variety Golf, this year’s event features 18 teams, each made up of three amateur golfers paired with a leading G4D player.
Competitors will travel from nine countries, including Cameroon, South Africa, USA, Canada, Spain, and Ireland, reflecting the truly international reach of the disability golf community.

Before play begins, guests will enjoy a masterclass on the driving range, led by expert coaches and G4D professionals. Throughout the day, the range will also host 20 disabled children, who will receive dedicated golf lessons as part of the event’s commitment to inspiring the next generation.
Following the team competition, players and guests will gather for a celebratory lunch, where golfing legend Colin Montgomerie will present prizes and take part in a Q&A session.
A star of the England Golf Disability Performance Squad, Kipp, said: “Bringing together world-class G4D golfers, amateurs and young disabled players makes this event incredibly special — it shows what golf can be at its very best. We want the Invitational to grow in impact and inclusivity, and I can’t wait to share an unforgettable day with everyone involved.”
