Golfmanager, the all-in-one software platform designed to digitalise the daily operations of golf clubs fully, has announced the acquisition of SmartPanel, a benchmark Business Intelligence and CRM platform within the golf industry.
This milestone forms a key part of Golfmanager’s continuous growth strategy, allowing the company to deliver an even more complete and fully integrated software solution to its global client base.
Through this strategic integration, Golfmanager clients will now be able to utilise SmartPanel’s advanced data analysis and CRM tools directly within the core Golfmanager software. Natively embedding these features provides club managers with seamless access to premier BI and CRM capabilities, driving operational efficiency and eliminating the need for fragmented third-party systems.
As part of the agreement, Antonio Conde will continue to serve as CEO of SmartPanel until the full integration of the two companies is finalised. Concurrently, he steps into the role of Managing Director for Golfmanager in Spain, taking charge of operations and commercial expansion in this market.
Over the coming months, both companies will undergo an orderly transition process focused on operational continuity and uncovering mutual synergies. Existing SmartPanel clients will continue to receive the same high standard of service, now backed by Golfmanager’s extensive international structure, resources, and technical capabilities
