Les Mielles Golf & Country Club in Jersey has been put up for sale for a guide price of £9.95 million.

Set across 62 acres in the heart of St Ouen’s Bay on the island’s west coast, the club, which boasts a par‑70, 5,607-yard parkland course, has been listed with property agent Savills.

Located with Jersey’s National Park conservation area, Les Mielles has been in operation since the 1960s – evolving from a family‑run farm into one of the island’s most established and distinctive leisure destinations.

Alongside the golf course, which is arranged as two nine-hole loops, the sale includes the clubhouse and a separate fully licensed restaurant and bar. An established staffing structure is also in place, with both full-time and seasonal employees.
