Savills, acting on behalf of Wayfind Escapes Ltd, has completed the sale of Pennant Park Resort in North Wales to Arden Parks for an undisclosed price.
Located near Holywell in Flintshire, Pennant Park is a well-established holiday resort set within approximately 45 hectares. The property combines a high-quality lodge development with an 18-hole golf course and a recently refurbished clubhouse, offering a mix of holiday accommodation, leisure and hospitality facilities.
The resort currently comprises 72 developed holiday lodge pitches, with planning permission in place for a further 18 holiday units. The business generates income through holiday lettings, lodge ownership, golf operations and food and beverage, supported by strong recent investment into the estate and its facilities.
